Becoming a real estate agent can be an adventure. Coming from a background in sales and marketing with a Graphics Design degree and investing in her own Real Estate, Abby Breau soon realized that the challenges of working in real estate are remarkably similar. Her many years of experience in competition and team building, as a founding member of the CT Roller Girls, taught her how to communicate and think fast in order to win – skills that are universal both on and off the rink. 2013 proved to be a life changing year as the appeal of the business and the transferable skills she’s developed over time drew her in & Abby’s happy to say “real estate picked me.” Abby admits that this past year was challenging as well as exciting, as she worked to get her Real Estate License. But with the backing and support of her knowledgeable and dedicated team, she is able to make swift and informed decisions for her clients.
Abby’s focus is always on the client, and she is committed to providing all of the tools, information and resources at the firm’s disposal to make sure her clients can make the best real estate decisions. Her goal is to go above and beyond other REALTORS® to place her clients in their dream home!

Ene Hammerberg

Ene Hammerberg is a native Estonian who now calls Bristol, CT “home.” The journey that led her to a career in Real Estate began after completing high school in Estonia when she chose to study hospitality and tourism. Ene interned at a local company, was asked to join them full time and quickly moved up the ranks. At the young age of 24, she came to visit the United States and fell in love with our beautiful country. She decided to stay and start a family here. We are fortunate to have Ene on our Black Rock Homes team as she is not only a perfectionist, but also a fast learner, a humble individual and a hard worker who always has her clients’ best interests at heart. Ene is fluent in Estonian, Russian and English (and can dabble in a few other languages as well). She loves a challenge and is always pushing to learn and grow — her enthusiasm is contagious!

Joe Aguiar has been a REALTOR® for over eight years. He has also been a fixture on local radio stations in CT since 1997, and is currently a top rated morning personality on Hartford radio station The River 105.9 weekday mornings from 5 – 10AM. When Joe isn’t at the River studio, he’s out helping buyers, renters and sellers realize their real estate goals in Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Hartford, Rocky Hill, Meriden and Wallingford.
Joe grew up in the Meriden/Wallingford area, but now calls Wethersfield home. Joe attended the Honors College of Southern Connecticut State University on a Presidential Merit Scholarship and graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. In addition to real estate and radio, Joe is involved with various civic organizations such as the Special Olympics of CT, the Boy Scouts of America, and St. Baldrick’s Foundation, and is also on the Board of Directors of the Wethersfield Public Library.
